1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ReciMagic, including the public website, authenticated application, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of recipes, uploads, notes, and other content you submit. You grant the operator of ReciMagic a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

5. AI Output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your dietary, medical, or food-safety needs. You are responsible for reviewing recipe instructions, substitutions, allergen implications, and cooking guidance before use.

6. Intellectual Property

The service software, branding, layout, and original site content remain the property of the service operator and licensors. Except where the law permits otherwise, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service itself.

7. Availability and Changes

The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Features, pricing, quotas, and access rules may be updated without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ReciMagic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms should be directed to the service operator through the support contact configured for this deployment.
